As a specialized Child and Parent Coach, I excel in the domain of coaching and possesses a unique skillset in effectively working with gifted children and their families.

One facet of my approach involves teaching individuals tools to regulate their nervous system, encompassing practices such as deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, and mindfulness techniques. By mastering the art of nervous system regulation, individuals can experience a sense of calm and gain better control over their emotional responses. Through this journey, they uncover an inner balance, fostering lifelong resilience.

Outside of work, I enjoy a variety of activities that promote physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing, such as spending quality time with friends & family, running, CrossFit, yoga/meditation, ecstatic dance, writing, reading, listening to the Huberman Lab podcast, cooking nourishing meals and hiking with my husband and chocolate lab named River.
